Personal training sessions can be either 1 hour or 30 minutes, depending on your goals and the amount of time you have. Gym memberships are not required. Training can be done within my office/studio or in the comfort of your home.
Workout program design:
We'll design a program that fits your goals and lifestyle. Initial consultation is required.
Body fat testing: Body fat testing is done in conjunction with programs, but can also be done separately to monitor your progress.
